The original Constitution and Bylaws were drafted over many months by a School Councils’ Working Group in 2000. Through a recommendation made at the Fall 2000 School Councils’ Conference, the leadership of the Working Group became the Interim Executive of AYSCBC and the Constitution and Bylaws were presented and approved.
Updates and revisions have been made to the Bylaws as determined by the Membership at annual general meetings.
